This week is all about focused toning, deep core activation, and nervous system balance. We have short but effective workouts sprinkled between our Pilates flows and strength, plus a fresh batch of luxurious self-care rituals, you’ll feel strong, sculpted, and supported.

Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday – Strength x Pilates (22 min)
A short but fiery full-body sculpt using dumbbells. Great for building tone and muscle endurance.
Tuesday – NEW! Inner Thighs + Obliques (12 min)
Your new side waist & inner thigh burner—short, spicy, and incredibly effective. Pair with Pilates Abs for a killer combo!
➕ Pilates Abs (12 min)
Back-to-back core work, no equipment needed.
Wednesday – Dynamic Pilates (42 min)
Our longest session this week—expect a beautiful mix of stretch, flow, and full-body strength.
Thursday – Pilates Core (12 min) + Pilates Sweat (14 min)
Two quick hits that stack perfectly. Core-focused control with a cardio lift to get your heart rate up!
Friday – Standing Workout (17 min) + Pilates Stretch (13 min)
No mat required! A low-impact, posture-friendly sculp with light dumbbells, followed by a grounding full-body stretch using a mat and your body
Saturday – Lower & Upper Body Strength (24 min)
Finish strong with this strength-based session.
Sunday – Self-Care Day
