What weights should I use?

As a guide, I'll personally be using approximately:

• 10kg–7kg for heavier lower body exercises (squats, deadlifts, split squats, bridges)
• 10kg–3kg for upper body exercises depending on the movement (chest press, rows, shoulder work)
• 2kg–1kg for Pilates, posture and core-focused exercises

Remember, your weights do not need to match mine. The goal is to choose a weight that feels challenging while still allowing you to maintain good form. Ideally, you should finish each set feeling like you could only perform another 1–3 quality reps before fatigue.

25 Day Pilates Challenge

Hi POSTURE fam, I’ve had a few questions come through a round the 25 Day Pilates Challenge so here’s the details.

- 5 x NEW Pilates workouts uploaded each week (25 NEW classes in total!)

- Follow the weekly schedule for a balanced week.

- Schedule 2 rest days per week to ensure recovery and efficiency of next class. These rest days can be throughout the week as needed or for a full weekend off.

- On rest days please make sure to walk 6-7K steps or more just to get the body moving and flowing.

- Prioritise your basics: sleep 8 hours, drink 2L water, eat whole foods.
