How to:

How to:
Set a timer for 30 minutes and pick one digital space:

Email inbox
Notes app
Follower/following list on social media
Delete, sort, or unsubscribe.
Finish by changing your phone wallpaper to something inspiring or calming.
Your mind will feel just as refreshed as your screen.
💆♀️ Hair Oiling Ritual + Scalp Massage – 15 mins
A grounding, beauty-boosting ritual that nourishes your scalp and supports healthy hair growth.
How to:
In a small bowl, mix:
2 tbsp organic cold-pressed castor oil
2 tbsp coconut or jojoba oil
A few drops of rosemary or peppermint essential oil (stimulates scalp)
Warm slightly and apply directly to the scalp using fingertips or a dropper.
Massage for 5–10 minutes in slow, circular motions — focus on relaxing the temples and neck.
Wrap hair in a towel or leave overnight.
Wash out with shampoo (double cleanse if needed).
