This week’s self care menu is here to help you reset, clear, and reconnect — in small, manageable ways. Each tonic is a gentle nudge to honour your energy, your body, and your mind with intention.

Pick up to 5 that speak to your current mood and needs. These rituals don’t take much time, but the shift they create is powerful.

🌸 Dry Body Brushing + Cold Shower – 10 mins

Stimulate your lymph, increase circulation, and feel invigorated from head to toe.

How to:

  • Before showering, use a dry body brush in long, upward strokes — always brushing toward the heart.

  • Start at your feet and work your way up to stimulate blood flow and gentle exfoliation.

  • Follow with a cool or cold shower for a natural energy boost and skin tightening effect.

  • Optional: Finish with body oil or a gua sha stone on legs for a full-body glow.

📱 Digital Declutter – 30 mins

Clear the digital noise to create more space for clarity and calm.

How to:

  • Set a timer for 30 minutes and pick one digital space:

    • Camera roll

    • Email inbox

    • Notes app

    • Follower/following list on social media

  • Delete, sort, or unsubscribe.

  • Finish by changing your phone wallpaper to something inspiring or calming.

  • Your mind will feel just as refreshed as your screen.

💆‍♀️ Hair Oiling Ritual + Scalp Massage – 15 mins

A grounding, beauty-boosting ritual that nourishes your scalp and supports healthy hair growth.

How to:

  • In a small bowl, mix:

    • 2 tbsp organic cold-pressed castor oil

    • 2 tbsp coconut or jojoba oil

    • A few drops of rosemary or peppermint essential oil (stimulates scalp)

  • Warm slightly and apply directly to the scalp using fingertips or a dropper.

  • Massage for 5–10 minutes in slow, circular motions — focus on relaxing the temples and neck.

  • Wrap hair in a towel or leave overnight.

  • Wash out with shampoo (double cleanse if needed).
