This week’s self care menu is light, dreamy, and deeply grounding. It’s a gentle invitation to pause, reset your space, honour your body, and align with the version of you you're becoming.

Each ritual is short and sweet (just 5 minutes!), proving that sometimes the smallest shifts have the biggest ripple effect.

Choose up to 5 tonics and let them support your energy, mood, and nervous system throughout the week.

💧 Post-Shower Body Oil Ritual – 5 mins

Seal in hydration and lock in softness with this dreamy self-touch ritual.

How to:

  • After your shower, pat your body dry gently with a towel (leave skin slightly damp).

  • Apply a nourishing body oil in long, slow strokes.

    • Try sweet almond, jojoba, or sesame oil.

  • Add 2 drops of essential oil to your palm and mix with your body oil for an elevated vibe:

    • AM: Use citrus, rosemary or peppermint for energising effect.

    • PM: Choose lavender, chamomile or frankincense for relaxation.

  • Let it absorb while you breathe deeply or play calming music.

📓 “Future You” Letter or Voice Note – 5 mins

Connect with your highest self and give her a message from your heart.

How to:

  • Set a 5-minute timer.

  • Either write a letter in your journal or record a voice note on your phone.

  • Speak as if you’re already living the life you’re calling in.

  • Start with: “Hi beautiful, I’m so proud of you for…”

  • You’ll be surprised how powerful and grounding this little practice can be.

🍵 Lymphatic Support Tea – 5 mins

Support your body’s natural detox systems in a calm, holistic way.

How to:

  • Steep one of the following herbs in hot water for 5+ minutes:

    • Dandelion root

    • Nettle

    • Ginger

    • Burdock

  • Sip slowly and mindfully, ideally without distractions.

  • This is beautiful in the morning or after movement to support digestion, de-puffing, and overall flow.

🧘‍♀️ Hip-Opening Stretch Sequence – 5 mins

Release emotional tension and feel grounded through the hips and pelvis.

How to:

  • Roll out your mat or stretch on the floor.

  • Move gently through:

    • Butterfly pose

    • Seated figure-4 stretch

    • Reclined twist

  • Hold each position for around 1–2 minutes with deep breaths.

  • Finish in child’s pose and set an intention for grounded softness.

🖼 Curate Your Home Screen Aesthetic – 5 mins

Your digital space is part of your energy field — let it inspire, not drain you.

How to:

  • Update your phone’s wallpaper or lock screen with an image that reflects who you're becoming — vintage glamour, minimal elegance, or soft femininity.

  • You can also rearrange your apps to reduce clutter and improve focus.

  • Add a calming affirmation or quote as your widget if your phone allows.

  • Let your tech feel like a supportive space, not a source of chaos.
