This week’s tonic menu is designed to help you cleanse your energy, honour your growth, and prepare for a new month with intention. Think: soft endings, fresh beginnings, and full-body presence.

As always, choose up to 5 tonics that feel aligned with your energy right now. Each one is a beautiful pause — a reminder that caring for yourself can be simple, sensual, and soul-deep.

🔥 Sage, Palo Santo or Incense Ritual – 10 mins

Clear your space, clear your mind.

How to:

  • Choose your cleansing tool: sage bundle, palo santo, or natural incense.

  • Light it and gently blow out the flame to allow the smoke to rise.

  • Move slowly around your space or your body, setting an intention like:
    “I release what no longer serves me.”

  • Let the smoke drift into corners, around doorways, or over your energy field.

  • Finish in stillness, breathing deeply for 1–2 minutes.

💌 Monthly Reflection + May Intentions – 20 mins

Anchor your energy before you enter the new month.

How to:

  • Open your journal and light a candle.

  • Reflect on April using prompts like:

    • What am I proud of this month?

    • What challenged me, and what did I learn?

  • Then shift into visioning May:

    • What is one thing I want to embody next month?

    • What do I want to feel more of?

  • Close with a few key words or affirmations for May.

🤰 Bloat-Relief Belly Massage with Oil – 10 mins

Support digestion and emotional release through the belly.

How to:

  • Warm a small amount of oil (castor or coconut).

  • Lie down comfortably and apply oil over your abdomen.

  • Using your fingers, massage in slow circular motions:

    • Clockwise direction (following your digestive path)

    • Light but firm pressure, focusing on the lower belly

  • Breathe deeply and imagine softening any tension or stagnation.

💅 Solo Spa Hour (Mask, Nails, Slow Music) – 30 mins

Romanticise your routine and turn it into a self-love session.

How to:

  • Light a candle or incense and put on a calming playlist.

  • Apply a face mask or hair mask.

  • Gently file and paint your nails.

  • Move slowly, like you're treating yourself to luxury.

  • Sip herbal tea or cacao while everything soaks in.

🧺 Fresh Linen & Wardrobe Reset – 30 mins

Elevate your everyday spaces to match the energy you’re stepping into.

How to:

  • Change your sheets, fluff your pillows, spritz with linen spray.

  • Declutter a drawer or rearrange your wardrobe — choose pieces that make you feel elegant, strong, or soft.

  • Donate or store anything that doesn’t align.

  • Add something pretty: a crystal, fresh flowers, or a new scent.
