Feeling flat? This week’s tonic is designed to bring you back to your body through calming, supportive rituals. You don’t need to overhaul your routinejust sprinkle in 1 or 2 of these practices to feel nourished, hydrated, and reconnected.

🛁 EPSOM SALT BATH – 20 mins

A magnesium soak is your nervous system’s best friend. It supports muscle recovery, hormone health, and deep relaxation.
How to do it:

  • Add 1–2 cups of Epsom salts to warm bath water

  • Optional: Add a few drops of lavender or frankincense essential oil

  • Light a candle, dim the lights, and just be

🍪 MEAL PREP HEALTHY TREATS – 30 mins

Batch-prep a nourishing treat so you’re never caught in a snack spiral. You’ll feel organised, energised, and satisfied.
This week’s recipe idea:
Glow Bites (no-bake)

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • ½ cup coconut

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • Pinch sea salt

  • Mix + roll into balls → refrigerate
    Optional: Add cacao nibs, adaptogens, or collagen powder.

🚿 AN EVERYTHING SHOWER – 10 mins

This is your full reset. Scrub, shave, shampoo, oil—get fresh from head to toe.
Ritual upgrades:

  • Exfoliate with a dry body brush beforehand

  • Use a gua sha tool on the neck and chest in the shower

  • Finish with cold water for a lymph-boosting flush

🥤 HYDRATION ELIXIR – 5 mins

Hydration is your glow-from-within fuel. This mineral elixir supports energy, skin, and digestion.
Elixir recipe:

  • 1 glass filtered water

  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Optional: splash of coconut water or chlorophyll
    Glassware upgrade: I love using a chic stainless steel martini glass—makes your wellness feel luxe.

🧴 DRY BODY BRUSH – 5 mins

Stimulate lymphatic flow, exfoliate, and reawaken the skin.
How to do it:

  • Brush dry skin in upward strokes toward the heart

  • Start at the feet, work up the legs, arms, and torso

  • Shower and moisturise afterward with a body oil or balm
    Tip: Do this before your epsom bath for an elevated self-care combo.

🧘‍♀️ How to Use This Menu

  1. Pick 1–2 tonics depending on your time and energy

  2. Create a ritual space soft lighting, music, your favourite robe

  3. Repeat as needed throughout the week to refill your cup

You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to rest. This is your weekly tonic to come home to yourself.
