This week is about regulating your nervous system and creating small moments of beauty throughout your day. You don’t need a full routine overhaul, just commit to up to 5 tonics that help you come back to your body, your breath, and your glow.

Choose up to 5 tonics to sprinkle into your week: morning, midday, or evening.
Stack your rituals—pair one physical practice with one reflective or internal one (like journaling + hydration).

☀️ Morning Sunlight + Barefoot Walk — 10 mins
Regulates circadian rhythm, boosts cortisol naturally, and grounds your energy. Walk barefoot on grass or sand and connect with the earth.
🧊 Ice Roll or Face Gua Sha — 5 mins
Keep your gua sha or roller chilled to instantly depuff, sculpt and stimulate lymph. Move gently across the face and jawline for an instant lift and glow. You can also heat the gua sha gentle do promote chi blood flow.
✍🏼 Journal Prompt — 10 mins
Reflect on: “What’s something I’ve been avoiding that would actually bring me peace?”
Use this time to clear mental clutter and make space for calm.
🌿 Castor Oil Pack — 30 mins
A deep, detoxifying ritual that supports liver health, hormone balance, and inflammation reduction. Apply over the liver (right side abdomen), cover with an old towel, and rest.

Begin your day with filtered water + pinch of Celtic sea salt + lemon juice or trace minerals. This cellular hydration helps with energy, digestion, and radiant skin.
