Apply a generous amount to clean skin
Use upward strokes:
Collarbone up top jawline
From chin along jawline to ear
Cheeks to temple
Brow bone across
Gently circle around eyes
Finish with neck strokes down toward collarbones
Optional tool: Add gua sha for deeper sculpting.

🕯 CANDLELIGHT STRETCH + LEGS UP THE WALL
End your day with soft light and a restorative inversion to calm your nervous system and support lymph drainage.
How to do it:
Light a candle or switch to lamp lighting
Play soft music
Lie down, legs resting up a wall or couch
Do a few gentle neck rolls, shoulder stretches, and spinal twists
Stay in legs-up-the-wall for 5–10 minutes, breathing deeply
Bonus: Add your magnesium body spray or calming oil to the bottoms of feet.
Final Thought:
This week is about gentle activation. Nothing harsh. Just cellular-level nourishment through breath, minerals, skin stimulation, and mindful movement. Come back to these rituals any time you need to feel glowy, grounded, and graceful.
Enjoy, Jacinta
