Your Self Care Tonic Menu 18 ✨

This week’s self-care menu is a reset for your skin, breath, energy, and calm. These rituals are gentle, sensory, and completely doable, even in the busiest week. Pick 1–5 that speak to you, and let them be your anchor.

🌿 SPIRULINA LEMON MORNING ELIXIR

Start your day with chlorophyll-rich greens to energise cells, boost skin clarity, and alkalise the body.

How to make it:

  • 1 cup room temperature filtered water

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp Synergy Natural Organic Spirulina Powder

  • (Optional: pinch of sea salt or a splash of coconut water)

Tip: Sip this before your coffee or smoothie. It delivers minerals and supports liver detox first thing.

💆‍♀️ FACE MASSAGE WITH OIL

Release facial tension, boost lymph flow, and create that sculpted, relaxed glow.

How to do it:

  • Choose your oil: jojoba (balancing), coconut (antibacterial), almond (brightening), olive (deep hydration), or castor (firming)

  • Apply a generous amount to clean skin

  • Use upward strokes:

    • Collarbone up top jawline

    • From chin along jawline to ear

    • Cheeks to temple

    • Brow bone across

    • Gently circle around eyes

  • Finish with neck strokes down toward collarbones

Optional tool: Add gua sha for deeper sculpting.

🩶 DIAPHRAGM MASSAGE RELEASE

This is magic for anxiety, digestion, and vagus nerve stimulation.

How to do it:

  • Lie on your back, knees bent or straight (relaxed)

  • Use your fingertips to gently press under your rib cage on the right side

  • Take slow inhales into the belly and exhale fully

  • Massage in small, slow circles for 1–2 minutes, then repeat on left side

  • Massage in the middle under sternum down to the pelivs

  • Follow with gentle twists or child's pose

Tip: Do this before meals to aid digestion, or anytime you're feeling tight in the chest or belly.

💅 HOME MANICURE RITUAL

A mindful ritual of care for the hands/

How to do it:

  • Soak hands in warm water with a few drops of essential oil and lemon slices (5 mins)

  • Gently push back cuticles

  • File nails into your preferred shape

  • Massage your favourite oil or balm into your hands

  • Optional: Add a sheer polish or nourishing nail oil

Recommended oil: Jojoba or almond for nails + cuticles.

🕯 CANDLELIGHT STRETCH + LEGS UP THE WALL

End your day with soft light and a restorative inversion to calm your nervous system and support lymph drainage.

How to do it:

  • Light a candle or switch to lamp lighting

  • Play soft music

  • Lie down, legs resting up a wall or couch

  • Do a few gentle neck rolls, shoulder stretches, and spinal twists

  • Stay in legs-up-the-wall for 5–10 minutes, breathing deeply

Bonus: Add your magnesium body spray or calming oil to the bottoms of feet.

Final Thought:

This week is about gentle activation. Nothing harsh. Just cellular-level nourishment through breath, minerals, skin stimulation, and mindful movement. Come back to these rituals any time you need to feel glowy, grounded, and graceful.

Enjoy, Jacinta
