Your Weekly Workout Schedule

Monday – Energising Pilates (35 min)

Start your week with this full-body flow that will wake up your muscles and heart beat!

Tuesday – Mat Pilates (34 min)

Gentle, sculpting movement on the mat. Light weights + Pilates small ball for a challenge.

Wednesday – Pilates Sculpt (40 min)

This one’s a burn! Strengthen your arms, core, and lower body in this dynamic sculpt session using dumbbells.

Thursday – Abs Focused Pilates (33 min)

Deep core engagement, spine support, and serious tone. Using a yoga block.

Friday – NEW CLASS

Saturday – Pilates Arms & Legs (27 min)

Grab your hand weights and get ready to sculpt upper and lower body with intention and flow.

Sunday – Self Care Day

You’ve moved beautifully—now take 5 (or 25!) to nourish and unwind with your tonic rituals.
