This week, invites both strong sculpting sessions and gentle resets to prepare you for a powerful new month ahead and a new challenge beginning the following week - 4 WEEK POWER PILATES CHALLENGE!
You’ll notice a balance between posture-focused strength, toning flow, and a brand-new self-care menu that’s all about refreshing your mind, body, and home environment.

Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday – Full Body Pilates Tone (42 min)
A full-body strength and lengthen session that will leave you feeling sculpted and strong. Using ankle weights.
Tuesday – Pilates for Strong Posture (37 min)
A posture-focused flow designed to open the chest, strengthen your back, and align your spine beautifully using light dumbbells.
Wednesday – Posture Mini Workouts
Fix Your Posture (15 min) using dumbbells
Back + Arms Sculpt (15 min)
Quick targeted sessions to add onto your day or stack together for a powerful combo.
Thursday – Pilates Sculpt (46 min)
One of the longer classes this week—grab your dumbbells and get ready for a full-body strength challenge!
Friday – NEW CLASS Drops!
This will be an all standing Pilates class.
Saturday – Reformer on the Mat (36 min)
A mat-based Reformer-inspired class—no reformer machine needed! Tone, stretch, and align. Using sliders, socks or paper plates on carpet.
Sunday – Self Care Day
Set aside time for yourself and pick your favorite rituals from the Self Care Tonic.
