It’s officially Week 1 of our 4-Week Power Pilates Challenge, and I’m SO excited for you to feel strong!
This challenge is all about building strength, sculpting lean muscle, and tapping into that next-level energy — with a Pilates twist. We’re combining dynamic, flowing Pilates with the athletic edge of light dumbbells and zone 2 cardio walks. 💥
Here’s what’s included in your week:

You’ll see a schedule below to help you stay organised, but feel free to adjust! The Power Walks can be done on your rest days or stacked with shorter workouts.
Week 1 Power Pilates Schedule (May 5–11):
Monday: NEW 31-min Power Pilates + 30-min Power Walk
Tuesday: 40-min Morning Power Pilates
Wednesday: NEW 43-min Power Pilates
Thursday: 30-min Power Walk
Friday: NEW 31-min Power Pilates
Saturday: 42-min Power Pilates
Sunday: 30-min Power Walk
