💪 What’s a Power Walk (and Why We Do It)?
Your Power Walks are more than just movement — they’re a metabolic, low-impact game changer.
Zone 2 cardio = a steady pace where you’re breathing deeper but still able to talk. This helps improve your metabolism, boost energy, and support fat burn, all while being gentle on your body.
✅ Tip: Use the “talk test” — you should be able to speak in short sentences, but singing would feel hard.
✅ Aim for 60–70% of your max heart rate.
Fit it in when it suits you — lunch break, morning ritual, or evening unwind. It’s all about consistency.
