Welcome to Week 3 of 4 in the Power Pilates Challenge you're doing amazing, and we're in the final stretch! This week is about strengthening your body, deepening your breath, and moving with powerful intention. If you’ve stuck with it so far, your body is already feeling more energised, sculpted, and strong and we’re not done yet!

We have 2 NEW Power Pilates classes this week, and don’t forget to vote in the new poll on YouTube to help get the perfect time for our upcoming LIVE Zoom community class. This session is open to everyone! A great chance to meet you over camera!

MONDAY
NEW 41 MIN Power Pilates (full body, strength flow)
30 MIN Power Walk

TUESDAY
27 MIN Power Pilates (light dumbbells)

WEDNESDAY
28 MIN Full Body Power Pilates (from the 5-day Power Pilates challenge last year!)

THURSDAY
30 MIN Power Walk – schedule it your way! 🌤️

FRIDAY
NEW 25 MIN Standing Power Pilates (with dumbbells 1-2kg suggested)

SATURDAY
31 MIN Power Pilates (with dumbbells)

SUNDAY
30 MIN Power Walk – a perfect way to reset 💭

🏃‍♀️ Quick Reminder: What’s a Power Walk?

Power walks are your Zone 2 cardio for recovery, fat-burning, and improving endurance.
✅ Walk at a pace where talking is challenging, but still possible (aka the “talk test”).
✅ That’s around 60–70% of your max heart rate.
✅ Do it your way – on the treadmill, at the beach, or with your favourite playlist.

These walks are an essential part of balancing strength and cardio for metabolic health and fat loss.
