🧘♀️ Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday – Pilates for Posture (30 min)
Focus on deep core, backline strength, and alignment in this posture-enhancing flow. Your spine will thank you!
Tuesday – NEW! Beginner Pilates (24 min)
Perfect if you're just starting out or want to return to the fundamentals. A gentle, feel-good class to reconnect with your body.
Wednesday – Full Body Pilates (35 min)
Light hand weights + low-impact moves = serious strength and toning. Feel the full-body sculpt from head to toe.
Thursday – Pilates Abs & Mobility (22 min)
With the Pilates small ball, you’ll target your deep core and open up through the hips and spine. Strength + stretch = yes please!
Friday – NEW! Pilates Core (12 min)
Short and sweet! A focused session using a Pilates ring to activate your core in all the best ways.
Saturday – Full Body Sculpt (30 min)
Day 7 of our challenge and it’s a fiery one. Strengthen and tone with intention—let's finish the week strong!

Choose up to 5 tonics that feel supportive this week. Little rituals = big shifts:
