Your Free Weekly Workout Plan: June 16–22

Welcome to a brand-new week of movement, mindfulness, and motivation. This week's schedule is a well-balanced blend of strength, sculpt, and stretch designed to keep you feeling strong and grounded as we move through the second half of June.

We’re bringing back some of your favourite Power Pilates and Sculpt sessions, with the addition of a brand-new class dropping Friday, be sure to check YouTube for the latest release and join me on the mat.

This is also your reminder to approach your wellness from the inside out. Make time for at least one or two tonics from the Self Care Tonic Menu to support your body, mind, and energy.

Your Weekly Workout Schedule:

Monday
Power Pilates – 41 mins
A fierce, full-body flow to ignite your week with strength and energy.

Tuesday
All Standing Pilates – 20 mins
No mat required, grab a yoga block for balance and mobility.

Wednesday
Power Pilates with Dumbbells – 27 mins
Light weights, big burn. Build lean muscle and improve posture.

Thursday
Strength x Pilates – 22 mins
A targeted strength session that blends control and power.

Friday
New Class Coming
Stay tuned on YouTube for this week’s new release.

Saturday
Posture Stretches – 20 mins
The perfect restorative movement to rebalance and release tension.

Sunday
Choose a tonic
