Monday
37 Min Power Pilates
Start strong with this full-body burner. Flow through dynamic sequences that build endurance and activate your core, glutes, and posture.you will need light dumbbells.
Tuesday
36 Min Morning Pilates
A fresh start for your muscles and mind. This class is the perfect mid-week refresh to increase mobility and circulation. You will need light dumbbells.
Wednesday
24 Min Beginner Pilates
A gentle but effective sculpting session to reconnect with your breath, posture, and foundational strength. with light dumbbells.
Thursday
42 Min Power Pilates
This powerful flow is designed to challenge you. Expect low-impact but high-intensity sequences to tone and strengthen. Using dumbbells and ankle weights if you have them.
Friday
New Class Drops
A surprise class is coming your way. Keep an eye on the playlist for the release and let me know how you feel after.
Saturday
35 Min Energising Pilates
Finish your week with a boost. This class is designed to uplift your energy while delivering a satisfying full-body tone. You will need light dumbbells and a Pilates ball.
Sunday
Self Care Tonic Day
Choose up to 5 rituals from the Self Care Tonic Menu to restore and reflect. Make it your time.
