Welcome to a brand-new week of movement and self care with Posture Tonic. This week is about reconnecting with your body through sculpting, strengthening, and nourishing movement. Designed to energise, tone, and support your wellness goals.

This week's plan gives you the variety and structure to stay consistent. Plus, our Self Care Tonic menu is the perfect way to wind down, replenish, and restore.

Weekly Workout Schedule

Here’s what’s waiting for you on the mat:

Monday
Mat Pilates – 34 minutes
A total-body mat session with yoga block and light dumbbells to build strength, stability, and core control.

Tuesday
New Class – Pilates Sculpt (Abs & Glutes) – 29 minutes
Sculpt and tone two key areas, your deep core and glutes with controlled movement.

Wednesday
Pilates Sculpt – 40 minutes
An empowering flow to fire up the full body and elevate your strength and posture.

Thursday
Morning Pilates – 40 minutes
Gentle but invigorating, this class is perfect for aligning body and mind at the start of the day.

Friday
Full Body Pilates – 35 minutes
This class uses light hand weights to challenge and define your full body with grace and control.

Saturday
Full Body Sculpt (Day 7 from 15-Day Challenge) – 30 minutes
Wrap up your week with a solid sculpt session, balancing endurance and tone.

Sunday
Rest or choose a tonic or two from the Self Care Menu below.

This Week’s Self Care Tonic Menu

Take 5 to 30 minutes and choose 1–2 practices this week to nurture your nervous system and create time for intentional care.

  • Epsom Salt Bath – 20 mins

  • Meal Prep Healthy Treats – 30 mins

  • An Everything Shower – 10 mins

  • Hydration Elixir – 5 mins

  • Dry Body Brush – 5 mins
