Benefits of an Epsom Salt bath include:

  1. Prepare the Bath: Fill your tub with warm water and add 2 cups of Epsom salt. Optional: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (lavender for relaxation, eucalyptus for invigoration).

  2. Set the Mood: Light candles, play soothing music, or dim the lights for a calming ambiance.

  3. Soak and Relax: Immerse yourself in the bath, ensuring the water covers your body up to your shoulders. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing to fully unwind.

  4. Stretch Gently: Use the warm water to loosen tight muscles. You can stretch your neck, shoulders, or legs while soaking.

  5. Rinse and Moisturise: After your bath, rinse off with warm water and apply a hydrating lotion or body oil to lock in moisture.
